I can bill the insurance companies for payment. I am in network and preferred provider with Premera BC, Regence BS, HMA, Group Health, First Choice Health Network, Uniform Medical

• Co-payment, co-insurance, (or full fee if there is no insurance) are due at the beginning of each session.  The full fee is charged for no-shows or late cancels (24 hour notice required)

• Cash, Check, Credit Card are acceptable means payment
