Accepting Insurance/ Preferred provider
I am currently participating provider (PPO) with following insurance companies: Premera BC, Lifewise, Regence BS (not Regence Boeing), HMA- (Health Management Associates), Group Health, and First Choice Health Network.I have a billing service to handle administrative tasks and paperwork to receive insurance compensation. This services adheres to all HIPPA and Privacy laws. In most cases, if I am in-network provider with your insurance company, my fee will be covered 80-100% by your insurance. I'd be happy to check your benefits for you. Please email me at counseling@veraakulov.com your ID number and insurance company name and I will get back to you shortly with the benefit information.
My Current Fees:
- $160 for initial assessment, first visit only
- $105 per individual 50 minute session
- $115 per couples-family session 50 minute session
- -$25 discount if any of the above is paid in full during the visit.
- $100 professional consultation/ $75 student consultation (50 min)
- $90 less then 24 hr cancellation charge
- Accepting all major credit cards
Working out-of-network
The companies that I am not a participating provider with include but not limited to Regence Value Options (e.g. Boeing Members), UBH/UHC, & CignaIf its convenient for you I'd be happy to check your benefits out of network. I would need the company name, ID number, date of birth, and first/last name. Also if possible phone number for behavioral health that is listed on the back of your card.
